Terms of Service.

Unavoidable Studio Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, operating from Leeds. Registered office details available on request.

Unavoidably Social lets you schedule and publish content to third-party social platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Bluesky, Reddit, and others) via their official APIs.

• You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter contracts.
• You’re responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• One person or organisation per account. Sharing sign-in credentials is prohibited.
• You must give accurate information when signing up.

You retain ownership of your content. By posting through the Service you confirm:

• You have the right to publish the content.
• The content does not infringe intellectual property, defame, harass, or contain unlawful material.
• The content complies with the destination platform’s own terms.

You grant us a limited licence to store, transmit, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service on your behalf.

You may not use the Service to:

• Spam, harass, defraud, or impersonate anyone
• Distribute malware or attempt to breach the Service’s security
• Automate abusive behaviour on third-party platforms
• Violate the terms of any connected platform
• Publish content that promotes illegal activity, hate speech, or CSAM (which we will report to authorities)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, without refund for the current billing period.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from the billing page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. UK VAT is included where applicable. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where practical. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party platforms (e.g. LinkedIn API downtime).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. lost revenue from a failed post).

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for breach of these Terms with reasonable notice, except in cases of serious breach or legal requirement, where termination may be immediate. On termination we will erase your data within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
