Planable's Basic plan is $33/month (~£26) per workspace with a 60-posts-per-month cap and only 4 social pages allowed. Their Pro plan is $49/month (~£39) capped at 150 posts and 10 pages. Add their Analytics ($12/mo) and Social Inbox ($7.50-9/mo) add-ons and a real-world Pro user is paying $70/month (~£55). Unavoidably Social's Starter is £19/month with unlimited posts, unlimited channels, and analytics included. Studio at £49 gives you three workspaces on top of that. At entry level we save you £7 a month; at Pro-tier feature parity we save you £6-8 a month and remove the post and channel caps entirely.

Planable's grid preview for Instagram and their kanban-style approval board are more polished than ours today. Their multi-brand agency features are also more mature — if you're managing 20+ client workspaces with hierarchical approvals, Planable Enterprise still leads. Everything else — calendar scheduling, multi-platform composer, media library, analytics, approvals — we match or exceed. Our Instagram grid preview is on the Q4 2026 roadmap.

Analytics is $12/month per workspace and Social Inbox is $7.50-9/month per workspace. Both are included in every Unavoidably Social plan. A 3-workspace agency on Planable Pro with analytics + inbox on all three is paying $147+/month (~£116). The same agency on our Studio plan is £49/month total with all three workspaces, analytics, and inbox included. That's a £67/month difference — over £800 a year.

Yes. Export your Planable posts and media library as CSV from Settings → Export, then drop into our Settings → Import panel. Channel handles are matched automatically by URL or username. Approval statuses are preserved as post tags so you can filter on them in our calendar.

Yes. Draft → Review → Publish with role-based permissions (Editor, Approver, Owner) is included in every plan. Planable Basic is limited to "None" and "Optional" approval types; "Required" needs Pro. We include Required workflows from Starter tier upwards.

Yes. All invoices are issued in pounds sterling with UK VAT included. Planable bills in USD, which means UK customers face foreign-exchange fees on each renewal and often need to reclaim VAT separately from their accountant.

Unavoidably Social stores every customer's data in EU-region Supabase from day one. Planable's primary data centre is US-based with additional US sub-processors. Meeting UK GDPR through Planable requires additional Standard Contractual Clauses paperwork; with us it's automatic.

Yes. 14 days, no credit card required. You can connect real accounts and publish real posts throughout the trial. Planable also offers a free tier (50 posts total, no time limit, but no X publishing) — a nice option if you're only posting occasionally.
