Yes. All customer data lives in EU-region Supabase. Hootsuite's primary data centre is US-based; UK GDPR requires additional paperwork we don't need to file.

CSV bulk-upload is on our roadmap for Q4 2026. For now, our API accepts array-of-post uploads if you're comfortable with a small script.
