Data Deletion.
You can remove your data from Unavoidably Social at any time. Two options depending on what you want gone.
Delete a single connected channel.
- Sign in to /channels
- Find the channel you want to disconnect
- Click Disconnect
This immediately deletes the OAuth token and stops any further access to that platform. Historic posts you published stay on the platform (we can’t retract them there), but we no longer have any credentials to touch that account.
Delete your entire account.
- Sign in and go to /settings
- Scroll to the Danger zone section
- Click Delete account and confirm
All personal data, connected channels, scheduled posts, drafts, and workspaces are permanently deleted within 30 days. Stripe invoice records are retained for 6 years to meet HMRC obligations.
Contact us directly.
If you can’t sign in or you want us to handle the deletion for you, email privacy@unavoidablysocial.com from the address on your account. We’ll confirm within 3 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
